Singapore Premier League (SPL) players will be required to go through a new battery of fitness tests throughout the 2019 season, as the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) looks to raise standards.The tests, introduced after consultation with the Singapore Sports Institute, will measure physical attributes like power, speed, agility and muscular endurance and will be conducted in pre-season, mid-season and at the end of the season.
